9 Months and Family Visit

My baby is 9 months old! Happy birthday, sweet girl! We received a nice surprise on Leah's birthday. Sam, Nancy, Bella and Gavin came to visit us. 3 kids in the house! It felt like a hurricane, Hurricane BLG, swept through. :)

I cannot tell you how happy and excited Leah was to have them here. Every morning when we brought her downstairs, her eyes would light up like it was Christmas when she saw everyone (it was a full house, 6 adults and 3 babies) and all the toys. She wanted to play, play, play! It was fun to watch her interact with Bella. Bella would stack toys up and Leah would knock them down. It went on forever! Whatever Bella did, Leah wanted to be a part of. Gavin was very mellow. He would sit in the swing and just take it all in.

On Saturday, we went to a children's book fair downtown.
We were out for a really long time and Leah would not nap. In fact, she hardly napped the whole weekend. She was having too much fun. Here she is looking very tired.
